This policy covers jellyceeblends.com, run by JellyCeeBlends, 380 O'Farrell St, San Francisco, CA 94102. It says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, phone, email, your message, and any photo you attach.
• Your choices: whether you agreed to marketing texts or emails, the wording you agreed to, and when.
• Technical details sent with a form: your IP address, browser type, the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed through Vercel Analytics, and counts kept by this site of buttons tapped, such as Book or Text, and how far down a page visits got. These counts record the day, the button, phone or computer, and the kind of site the visit came from, not who you are or your IP address. No cookies are used for this.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and plan your appointment or event.
• To send marketing texts or emails, only if you ticked the box for them.
• To see what is working on the site, and to keep a record of your consent and opt-outs.

Who sees it

JellyCeeBlends, and 888 Marketing, who built and run this site. It is stored and handled for us by service providers, including Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email), and any text or email service we use to send messages. We do not sell your information. We do not share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Booking

Booking runs on Booksy. The calendar on this site, and any Booksy page we link to, is run by Booksy under its own privacy policy. What you enter there goes to Booksy, and we do not receive it through this website. Instagram and Google Maps links work the same way.

Photos you send

A photo you attach is kept at a hard-to-guess web address so JellyCeeBlends can open it. Anyone given that exact address could view it, so please do not send anything sensitive.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and contact details for as long as they are useful for your appointments and our marketing. We keep consent and opt-out records longer, to prove we honored your choices. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any marketing text.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Either one, here: unsubscribe on this page.
• See, change or delete your information: text (408) 637-3468, or send a request. California residents may also ask what we have shared for direct marketing.

Do Not Track

This site does not change what it does in response to browser Do Not Track signals. It does not currently run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. If that changes, this policy will say so first.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian should book and send requests for a child.
